PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO YOUR INITIAL SESSION TO COMPLETE THE INTAKE PAPERWORK. THE PAPERWORK IS CONVENIENTLY PLACED ON A CLIPBOARD IN THE WAITING ROOM. YOU MAY ALSO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK BEFOREHAND.  APPOINTMENT HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 11:00AM TO 6:00PM. SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE 11:00AM TO 3PM.

To book a counseling appointment with Olufemi Sharp please follow the YellowSchedule prompts to completion. YellowSchedule is HIPAA protected. Payment and prepayments are handled simply and securely. YellowSchedule sends appointment confirmations and reminders in advance of scheduled appointments via email. 

Dear new clients, a credit card number is required to schedule and reserve appointments. Credit card numbers are handled securely.  Payments are made the day of services.  We have a 48 hour cancellation policy insurance providers do not cover late, same day or no show cancellation which results in loss time. We reserve the right to use the billing information on file to make payments for late, same day or no show cancellations. Welcome New Directions EAP, Health Advocate EAP and Optum EAP clients. Please provide an authorization number at your first appointment.
