HYBRID COUNSELING SERVICES ARE OFFERED. WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE INDICATE WHICH OF THE TWO COUNSELING SESSION OPTIONS YOU DESIRE. YOU MAY SELECT EITHER IN-PERSON OR ONLINE COUNSELING. IF NOTHING IS SELECTED THE CALENDAR DEFAULTS TO AN ONLINE SESSION.
I am happy to provide telephone, virtual and in-person counseling sessions available Monday through Friday in-person as well as online appointments. All Saturday appointments are provided remotely (online) from 10:00am until 2:00pm. When scheduling your appointment on this page please select the exact appointment desired, either online or in-person. If you need to change your scheduled appointment from virtual to in-person or vice versa it is required that you notify Olufemi Sharp a day before your scheduled appointment to eliminate confusion.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF CORONA VIRUS TRANSMISSION, I AM ASKING THAT EACH PERSON WHILE INSIDE THE OFFICE BE MINDFUL OF SOCIAL DISTANCING 6 FEET APART, WEAR FACE MASKS, WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY AND BE READY TO HAVE YOUR TEMPERATURE TAKEN UPON ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
OFFICE POLICY--if you have a temperature of 99.8 or higher your counseling appointment will be rescheduled for three (3) weeks out or until you have medical clearance. You will be asked to follow-up with your primary health carer provider or go to urgent care. In addition, video and telephone counseling sessions continue to be an option for those individuals who are not quite ready to return to in-person visits.
EAP CLIENTS: WELCOME. PLEASE NOTE: THE BILLING PAPERWORK MUST BE EMAILED OR FAXED TO MY OFFICE BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THE FILE NUMBER ALONE IS INSUFFICENT. OTHERWISE, IT WILL BE AN OUT-OF POCKET COPAY (NO EXCEPTIONS). RETROACTIVE REFUNDS ARE NOT MADE. EAP SERVICES ARE SHORT-TERM (NON-CRISIS) SOLUTION FOCUSED SERVICES.

YellowSchedule sends appointment confirmations and reminders in advance of scheduled appointments via email.
A credit card number is required to schedule and reserve appointments. Credit card numbers are handled securely. Payments are taken the day of scheduled services. This office has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Insurance companies do not cover late, same day or no show cancellation which results in loss time for the provider. If you have a scheduled appointment and are not able to keep it to avoid the $60.00 cancellation fee please give the provider a 48-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to use the billing information on file to make payments for late, same day or no show cancellations. Welcome Health Advocate EAP and Optum EAP clients. Please provide an authorization number at your first appointment.
