Here at the Power Path, LLC counseling office we have an office cancellation policy regarding late, no show/no call and same day cancellations. Individuals who have booked a scheduled appointment online or over the phone are required to contact the office by phone, text message or email 48-hours in advance to cancel a scheduled appointment, otherwise it results in a $65.00 dollar cancellation fee using the billing information on file.
Late cancellations prevent people needing that particular appointment time from scheduling and result in loss time and loss wages for the provider.
Olufemi thoroughly enjoys providing highly individualized quality services to those who want help. However, there is a financial business aspect to mental health counseling. The clients Olufemi works with are serious about personal growth and transformation and understand the purpose for the cancellation policy and are happy to honor it.
Once an appointment is booked it is considered a scheduled appointment. Please ensure when scheduling an appointment that the day and time works for your schedule.
When unexpected events come up that cannot be avoided and unable to adhere to the 48 hour cancellation window, you may call, email or text message Olufemi to make other arrangements for a session such as a phone or an online appointment.
